Parkwest Real Estate is a real estate investment firm focused on middle market multifamily and industrial projects.
We exist to create substantial value for our partners and for the communities in which we invest. Together we will build a legacy through wealth creation and community transformation.

Chase Hudson
CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER
Chase Hudson is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Parkwest Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s industrial investment platform.
Prior to founding Parkwest , Chase worked as a Vice President with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a regional developer based in Salt Lake City. While with Dakota Pacific, he managed over 900K square feet of operating assets and was involved in the development, capital raising, and execution of over 1M square feet of commercial real estate, totaling $200M in total capitalization. Prior to joining Dakota Pacific, he worked with J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Americas group in Los Angeles, one of the largest open-ended funds in the United States. While with J.P. Morgan, Chase was responsible for acquisitions and asset management, including overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, office, and retail properties valued at over $500 million on behalf of institutional clients.
Chase earned a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Justin Hafen
CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER
Justin Hafen is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Parkwest Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s multifamily investment platform.
Prior to founding Parkwest, Justin was Director of Acquisitions at Lionel Partners, a Salt Lake City–based multifamily investment firm. There, he led the firm’s acquisition strategy and executed over $52 million in value-add multifamily transactions. Earlier in his career, Justin was a member of the multifamily investment team at Bridge Investment Group (NYSE: BRDG), where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions across major markets throughout the United States. While at Bridge, he oversaw the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion in value-add and affordable housing investments and managed a portfolio of over 5,000 units. Justin began his career in the Global Real Estate Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, advising institutional clients on real estate transactions and portfolio valuation strategy.
Justin earned a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
