Parkwest Real Estate is a real estate investment firm focused on middle market multifamily and industrial projects.

We exist to create substantial value for our partners and for the communities in which we invest. Together we will build a legacy through wealth creation and community transformation.

Parkwest combines extensive institutional investing experience with an entrepreneurial spirit. We leverage our vast market knowledge and networks to provide our equity partners with compelling investment opportunities that produce attractive cash yields, capital appreciation, and tax benefits. We target markets and sub-markets with strong economic and demographic fundamentals that put our investments in the path of growth and help to mitigate downside risk. Our active management strategy through repositioning, re-development, and/or development allows us to create attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors.

  • Chase Hudson

    CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER

    Chase Hudson is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Parkwest Real Estate. Prior to forming Parkwest in 2022, Chase worked as a Vice President with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a regional developer based in Salt Lake City. While with Dakota Pacific, he managed over 900K square feet of operating assets and was involved in the development, capital raising, and execution of over 1M square feet of commercial real estate, totaling $200M in total capitalization. Prior to joining Dakota Pacific, he worked with J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Americas group in Los Angeles, one of the largest open-ended funds in the United States. While with J.P. Morgan, Chase was responsible for acquisitions and asset management, including overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, office, and retail properties valued at over $500 million on behalf of institutional clients.

    Chase earned a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

  • Justin Hafen

    CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER

    Justin is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Parkwest Real Estate. Prior to Parkwest, Justin was Director of Acquisitions at Lionel Partners, a regional multifamily investment firm based in Salt Lake City. While with Lionel Partners, Justin led the firm’s acquisitions efforts and was involved in the capital raising and execution of $52M of value-add multifamily investments. Prior to joining Lionel Partners, Justin was a Senior Investment Analyst at Bridge Investment Group (NYSE: BRDG) where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of multifamily properties across multiple markets. While at Bridge he assisted in the acquisition of $350M of value-add and affordable housing investments, managed over 5,000 units ($600M in AUM), and oversaw the disposition of $300M of assets. Prior to Bridge, Justin was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Real Estate Advisory group in Dallas.

    Justin earned a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
